Conclusions
With all that being said, does it work?  I have used it on three projects so far and I dont plan to go back to my micro torch.  The torch does have its place, like soldering a heavy casting, but for intricate work or laying out a frame the unit cant be beat.  The power control feature lets me regulate the heat allowing complex structures to be constructed.  And it my opinion, it is very comparable to commercial units on the market and was a heck of a lot cheaper to build.  As said earlier I am rating it at 200 Watts.  That because on full power, it will produce about 50 amps @ 4 volts.  When I run it at full power you can hear the transformer just a cracking so to be on the safe side I only run it on a 25% duty cycle (on for one minute and off for four),  Now for raw power, check the last picture out!
