| Zhen and Monroe walked over to Sakoo, who was still lying on the floor. He was badly beaten, but still conscious. "Are you alright, Master?" Zhen asked, helping his teacher sit up. "Well, I have seen better days," Sakoo joked. He laughed, but then moaned in pain. He hurt to much to laugh. "Who's that Bork dude, anyway, Sakoo?" Monroe asked. "Bork is an old fighter I used to train with in the Shaolin Temple when Master Piccolo trained us. He always had a great fighting talent, but it soon became apparent that his intentions were always evil. Piccolo noticed this, so he threw him out of the Temple. Bork was enraged, and he wouldn't go without a fight. So he challenged Master. Piccolo knew he could defeat him easily, so he had me fight Bork instead. Bork became arrogant and accepted, and I defeated him. Bork was humiliated and swore vengeance and I haven't seen him until today. Apparently, he has been training hard." Zhen and Monroe helped Sakoo up. "Well, we sure showed him, right, Zhen?" Monroe boasted. "That's right!" Zhen replied. "You have done well, young warriors. I must say, you have both surpassed me and I'm proud of you. I have nothing else to teach you. Now is the time for both of you to journey on and find your destiny." Zhen was sad about leaving his master, but he knew Sakoo was right. There wasn't anything else he could learn here. Maybe now was the time for him to test his strength in the outside world. The next day, Zhen and Monroe got ready to depart. "I will miss you, Master," Zhen said. "I will be back to visit." "I will miss you too, my son," Sakoo said. "And you make sure you do visit me. Now go on." So the two young warriors went on their way to the outside world. Now the quest for power begins. |
