| They all ate breakfast at the lodge before breaking off to go start the day�s activities. �Marron, don�t you want me to teach you how to snowboard?� Asked Toma. They watched Zelena trying to learn under Oterro�s instruction. �Oh yeah, she looks like she�s having so much fun. NOT!� She said in her normal monotone voice. �Why don�t you let me teach you how to ski?� She saw him shake his head no. �Then don�t try to get me to snowboard.� She humphed. Toma caught Bra, who was snowboarding out of control, before she killed someone. �Heh, heh. Thanks Toma.� She grinned. �Well at least Zelena�s not surpassing me.� She giggled when she saw Oterro catching her. �There you are.� Goten said as he came up behind Bra and grabbed her around the waist. �How many people did you knock down this time.� He said laughing. �She knocked down a group of nuns.� �Your such a liar.� She said as she punched him in the chest. �It was just a few.� The group laughed. Then they looked at Zelena who started squealing in delight. �Hey I�m doing it�umpf.� She started to say when she landed in the snow. �GGGRRRRRRRR.� She got up and her Ki started to flare. She picked up the board and started to form a Ki ball at the end of her finger. �No Zelena.� Goten hissed. He ran over to her to stay the blast. �Stop it, settle down.� She slowly settled down. Zelena picked up the board and cracked it over her knee threw down the pieces and walked off. Goten nervously shrugged at the group and walked off to go and calm his cousin down. Oterro stood there looking at the broken pieces when a snowball hit him in the head. He jerked his head up to see a giggling Bra hide behind Toma and Marron. He started to laugh, forgetting about Zelena�s temper tantrum. He wadded up some snow to form a hard snowball and chased after Bra. Toma and Marron stood there laughing until a ball smacked them in their faces. �Zelena, you can�t be doing that in public.� Goten urged. �I know, I just got so frustrated.� She sighed. �Come on let�s go back, I�m alright. Is Oterro freaked out?� She didn�t need an answer as they saw the four in an intense snowball fight. They smiled at each other and jumped in. <><><><><> Akira, Trunks, Mia, and Nina decided to go snowmobiling. The two pairs were racing madly through the woods and the girls screeched in delight as they went flying. The race ended and the guys pulled up along side each other. Trunks and Akira lifted up their visors to discuss where they were going to go. �I want to drive this thing.� Nina shouted over the motor. Trunks and Akira looked at each other. �I do too.� Mia chimed in. The guys reluctantly showed the girls what to do, and climbed back on. Mia was slow and easy, whereas Nina gassed it and they took off. Akira was barely hanging on as they blasted forward. Trunks was laughing hysterically. When Akira finally got Nina to stop he jumped off the snowmobile threw off his helmet then yanked her off the machine pulling her to the ground with him. �You�re crazy Nina.� He whispered as he helped take of her helmet, then he planted a kiss on her. Trunks and Mia had gone past them looking for their own seclusion. <><><><><> �I want to go for a swim.� Zelena said as she hugged Oterro. �The lodge has an indoor pool, do you want to?� She looked up in his face. He shrugged, and she jumped on his back for a piggyback ride as they headed back to the Chalet to get their swimsuits on. �Hey, where are you guys going?� Bra shouted. �We are done with the slopes for the day. So we are just going to hang out.� Zelena said not wanting to tell them where they were going. She wanted to be alone with Oterro. �Oh. Alright, well behave.� Bra gave Zelena an evil grin. Little did she know what an effect that statement had on Toma. �Know what?� He asked anxiously. �I think I�ve had enough too. I�m ready to go.� He didn�t wait for the others to decide, he grabbed Marron�s hand and followed his sister back to the Chalet. Bra and Goten decided they were going to stay for a while, not paying any attention to Toma�s eagerness to leave. Zelena jumped down from Oterro�s back, and they continued to walk towards the Chalet holding hands. She turned to face him as she walked backwards. �Hey Goose?� She just made that up. �Yeah?� He smiled down at her. �You know�� She said teasingly. �I haven�t had my fix in a while. I�m starting to go through withdraw.� He let out deep throaty laugh, he picked her up, and she wrapped her legs around him. They kissed a long time. They heard Toma and Marron come up behind them. Oterro gently let Zelena go. �What are you two doing?� Zelena snarled. She saw the worry in Toma�s eyes. �Oh never mind. Toma your such a baka.� She grabbed Oterro�s hand again and continued to walk. Toma was relieved when he was informed of what they were doing. He didn�t mind them going to the pool for that was public enough that nothing would happen. He took the tone in Zelena�s voice that they wanted to go alone. Fine with him, he wouldn�t mind spending some time with Marron. Zelena came back down dressed in sweats and a sweatshirt; her bathing suit was underneath. She laughed when she saw Oterro, for he had on the same outfit. �Aren�t they so cute.� Toma said sarcastically from the couch. Marron was leaning against him. Zelena stuck her tongue out at Toma, and quickly left with Oterro. �I don�t want this to end Toma.� Marron whispered. He pulled her to a laying position side by side facing each other. �I definitely know what you mean. Although I do wish that it was just you and me here alone.� She smiled at him. She knew deep down that she was so in love with him, and she allowed herself to fill up with that love. Then her face went sad as she thought about the pain that he could inflict on her. Her eyebrows furrowed. �Don�t ever hurt me Toma.� She exhaled. He pulled her close to him and rolled her on top of him. �Never.� He replied. He smiled for he finally knew how she really felt. His heart swelled with emotion. <><><><><> Bra saw Zelena and Oterro entering the lodge. She nudged Goten to get his attention. �Look it�s Zelena. I thought they were going to hang out at the house.� She grabbed Gotens arm and headed over to the lodge to see what those two were up too. <><><><><> When they arrived at the pool there were only two people in there, an older couple that was swimming laps. Zelena smirked at Oterro thinking of a way to get the other two people to leave. She removed her outfit, and neatly piled it onto one of the chairs. She heard a gasp and looked down to see the old man glaring at her. An evil smile spread across her face. Oterro looked over when he heard the gasp, and he too gasped. Her black one piece was barely covering anything. The front tied around her neck, and the neckline � or lack there of � plunged down to the middle of her abdomen, accentuating her full chest. The front was hooked to the little material that barely covered the rear. �Bra picked it out. Does it look okay?� She heard thrashing in the water, and she turned to see the old woman dragging her husband out of the water. Zelena snickered. Oterro was losing control. This was too much. He quickly turned away and dove into the water. Zelena was a little hurt, she thought that maybe she looked ridiculous. Bra and Goten had been peeking around the corner. �You picked that out Bra?� Goten whispered in a low growl. She nodded her head proudly. �Did you see the look on Oterro�s face?� She giggled in her hand. �Come on Goten, let�s leave them alone.� �That�s the last thing we should do. Do you have any clue as to what something like that does to a guy?� Goten snapped. �Go home get our bathing suits, so we can baby-sit these two.� She did like the idea of swimming, but she knew that these two wanted to be alone. �You come with me, then we�ll come back. They are in a public pool Goten. I don�t think Oterro would do anything in the first place much less be that disrespectful.� They left to get their swimsuits. Zelena entered the water slowly by the shallow end of the pool. Oterro was averting his attention from her, this was hurting her immensely, and she didn�t understand what she did wrong. �Oterro?� She said sadly trying to get his attention. �Oterro? Please.� He finally worked up the nerve to look at her and was bowled over when he saw the look in her eyes. `She doesn�t have a clue what that bathing suit is doing to me�, he thought. `She is so innocent.� he smiled at that. That was one of the qualities that drove him to her, other then her beauty. �That bathing suit you have on is evil.� He smiled at her warmly. The sadness faded from her face, and he felt like hitting himself for putting it there in the first place. She dove underwater and swam to him. Her hair was slicked back, as she emerged right in front of him. She threw her arms around his neck, and then dunked him underwater. He grabbed her ankle and yanked her down with him. They resurfaced for a breath of air. They swam over to the shallow end, sat on the stairs, and carried on a conversation for the first time since meeting. They never really had the chance to verbally get to know each other. When they did, she just wanted to kiss him. Now she wanted to know what made him tick, she needed to know everything about this person. The door opened, Bra and Goten stepped through. Zelena groaned. �Hey guys.� Bra chirped. �Thought we would go for a swim. I guess great minds think alike.� Goten was the first one in, and Bra was still undressing. In her little bikini she walked around to the shallow end and eased herself into the water. She waded over to where Goten was leaning against the side and gave him a kiss. �Get a room.� Zelena snarled. Oterro laughed. In a quick flash Goten was back at the shallow end splashing childishly at Zelena. She kicked out and knocked his feet from under him, and he fell into the water. Zelena took this moment to swim away. She swam over to Bra and they treaded in the deeper end. Oterro and Goten snuck up underneath the girls lifting them onto their shoulders. Bra and Zelena squealed then started to wrestle to see who could knock whom off first. Zelena went crashing into the water behind Oterro. �Ew, I�m getting all wrinkly.� Zelena cried. �I�m ready to go.� She swam to the edge and in one fluid movement she hopped out of the pool. The air was chilly and she started shaking as she grabbed for her towel. Oterro came up behind her and slid his arms around her waist. �I�ll warm you up.� He grinned evilly. �You want to go out to dinner just the two of us?� He whispered in her ear. She turned around in his arms and nodded her head. Then she reached up and gave him a kiss. �Get a room.� Bra mocked. �NO! Don�t get a room!� Shouted Goten, and the others laughed at him. <><><><><> Trunks, Akira, and the twins returned the snowmobiles to the lodge then went in for some drinks. They saw Oterro, Zelena, Bra, and Goten emerge with damp hair. Trunks called them over to their table. �They have a pool here?� Akira asked. �No, we thought we would come down and take a shower.� Bra snorted. �Your intelligence never ceases to amaze me Akira.� Akira growled back at her. Zelena walked up to Akira to talk to him privately. The others were ignoring her anyway. �Akira? Oterro and I want to go to dinner by ourselves tonight. Is that okay?� She whispered to him. He looked at her in amazement; he couldn�t believe that she was actually asking for permission. �Sure. Just don�t be out too late, okay?� He smiled at her warmly, and she gave him a hug. She jumped into Oterro�s arms and they headed out of the lodge. <><><><><> Everyone was back at the Chalet getting ready for their individual dinner dates. Trunks and Mia were going to go to the lodge for dinner. Nina and Akira were going to go into town to eat. Marron wanted to cook for Toma, and he was happy to hear that, for he had heard that she was a good cook. She extended the invite to Bra and Goten, because they didn�t have any plans. Oterro waited patiently for his date to finish getting ready. She opened the door and flew down the stairs like she normally does. She had her hair in a French braid that went down her back, and she wore a black mock turtleneck that was neatly tucked in her good pair of jeans. She was lacing up her boots when she noticed Oterro standing in front of her. She bit her lip when she gazed into his eyes. �Kami, you�re so gorgeous.� She whispered. He was wearing a pair of khaki cotton pants with pockets down the sides, a crew neck sweater with a t-shirt underneath that purposefully showed at the neckline. His black hair was neatly combed in the fashionable style that was current. He smiled at her, and helped her out of the chair. She gave him a quick hug and smelled his cologne, �and you smell good too.� The limo was waiting for them, and he grabbed his leather bomber jacket then helped her with her coat. They entered Pasha Caf�, and this time she noticed the ambiance and agreed that it was romantic. They were ushered to a very secluded booth, and they sat on the same side close together. The waiter took their order, and they chatted until it arrived. After dinner they walked around the historical little town and the snow was lightly falling around them. �Goose? Can we just stay here the rest of our lives?� �I could only wish. Unfortunately I have to go to work so I can afford to do this for just a week.� He smiled warmly at her. �I�m not ready to head back to reality.� She moaned. �We still have, oh never mind, I see what you mean.� As he realized that this was going to come to an end in two days. �So what happens when we get back?� She was getting sad thinking that her parents would never approve of her seeing an older guy. He turned her to him and kissed her on the forehead. �Let�s not worry about that now.� He wanted to get her mind onto something else. �Things are going to change Oterro. I know they will, and I don�t think that I could take not seeing you.� She bit her lip to choke back down the sadness that was welling up inside her throat. The words `not seeing you` knocked the breath out of him. He couldn�t image such a thing. �Zelena, everything will be alright. You only have one semester to go before you graduate.� That sounded so funny to him, and her true age stunned him. He never thought about it before. �You said you were going to go to Gingertown University which is just around the corner from where I live, and trust me you will have to pry yourself off of me.� She smiled at him, but she still felt sad. They headed back to the limo. The entire way back she sat on his lap snuggled close to him and her arms wrapped around him underneath his jacket clinging on for dear life. They were the first couple to return to the Chalet. The house was dark except for a soft glow from the fireplace. Bra and Goten were sleeping in each other�s arms. Zelena went to the kitchen to get a bottle of water and she saw candle flickering around the hot tub, and noticed that Marron was in it with Toma. She smiled and headed back to where Oterro waited for her. �I guess we�ve been booted off our couch.� She whispered to him. He followed close behind her up the stairs. She turned on the gas fireplace to take the chill out of the room. He was sitting on the bed with one foot on the floor and the other lay out in front of him. She came to the edge of the bed and slowly crawled seductively up to him. He watched with a wary eye. She leaned into him as if she was going to kiss him, but turned at the last second and flipped the radio on. They heard classical music spill from the speakers. Then she returned to face him. `This is getting dangerous`, he suddenly thought. She stuck her hand under his shirt and rubbed her hand over his muscles. `Oh so dangerous`, he groaned. She started to kiss on his neck, and she heard a soft moan escape his lips. She smiled, saw that he had his eyes closed and continued on with the seduction. She was arousing him to where he was about to lose control. He slowly pulled away from her and when he opened his eyes, he saw that her shirt was off. `Whoa when did that happen?` he mentally shouted. �Zelena.� He said in a raspy voice, panting heavily from the sudden excitement. She sat back on her feet to see why he stopped. She cocked her head to the side in puzzlement. �Do you not want me?� She whispered in disbelief. He smiled at her lovingly, and put his hand up to her face caressing her soft skin. �Oh more than you will ever know.� He moaned through gritted teeth. �But not like this. I want it to be special for you. Kami, thought I would never say such a thing.� He grabbed her shirt and brought it over her raised arms. He had to close his eyes for her chest was right in front of him, and if he stared any longer it would have been over. As he pulled her close to him, he asked �Are you mad?� �No. Embarrassed is more like it.� She sighed. He wrapped his arms around her tightly, and reassuringly. �I think I love you.� She mumbled. �I�m sorry?� He heard her mumble but all he could catch was one word � love. She shook her head to say forget it. He really wanted to hear her say it, but was not going to force it. They drifted off to sleep wrapped tightly in each other�s arms. Akira opened the door to make sure nothing was going on, and he smiled when he saw the two clothed beings on top of the blankets and sleeping peacefully. He closed the door and walked on to his room where Nina would be waiting for him. <><><><><> Friday morning arrived, and it seemed like a wave was crashing down on Zelena. She was dreading each passing day. She pulled away from Oterro and went to the bathroom. When she returned from her shower he had left. Her heart missed a beat, and she shivered. She got dressed and headed downstairs. She went to the kitchen and helped the already in process cooking session that was going on. Oterro was the last to come down, and he jumped in to help set the table. Everyone was quiet throughout breakfast, as if they were all saddened by the fact that their trip was coming to an end. The guys cleared the table while the girls went to clean the dishes. Oterro noticed that throughout breakfast Zelena wasn�t close to him like she normally would have been. He wasn�t too happy about it either. He grabbed his jacket and went outside and sat on the swing that was covered by snow. Zelena looked out the window to see where he was going, and she grabbed her coat and followed after him. �Can I sit down?� She asked. He gestured with his hand instead of speaking. She sat next to him, and kicked at the snow swinging them softly. �When I got out of the shower, you weren�t there. I thought maybe I did something wrong.� She studied his face to see his reaction, when he didn�t show any emotion she asked �Did I do something wrong?� He closed his eyes and drew in a deep breath. Relieved that it wasn�t more serious he turned to her and smiled warmly at her. �How could you ever do something wrong?� He laughed. Bra came flying out of the house screaming as she headed towards Zelena and Oterro. Goten was hot on her trail, and she ran behind the occupied swing for safety. �Come on Bra, and take it like a women.� He growled. �NEVER!� She yelled back. He hopped over the heads of the swinging couple and landed beside Bra. She yelped and took off into the woods. �I�m going to get that little vixen.� He said to no one in particular. Oterro swept the snow off Zelena�s head that was dropped from Goten when he leapt over them. She snuggled into his side. �Oh Bra�� Goten taunted. She was hiding and he couldn�t find her. �I will find you, and when I do I will repay you.� He said evilly. He saw her leave her hiding place as she bolted for the house. He took to the air and was gaining on her. She made it to the door and ran to her brother for safety as he exited the house. �Don�t hide behind me. You�re the one who did it, now you have to be punished.� Trunks grabbed her and she thrashed wildly, then he handed her over to Goten. �Thanks Trunks.� Goten said as he held strong to the wild woman. He gently flipped her onto the ground and grabbed a bunch of snow. �Please Goten, don�t!� She said half laughing half screaming. He stuffed the snow down the back of her shirt. She screeched as it mashed into her bare back. �Now are you going to behave?� Goten asked. He allowed her to get up and saw her plucking at the back of her shirt to get the now melted snow out. In her other hand was a mound of snow. She acted like she was going to kiss him when she mashed it in his face. �That does it.� He snarled, and the chase began again. Trunks walked over to Zelena and Oterro shaking his head as he went. �What was that all about?� Zelena asked. �Bra thought she was going to get cute, and she shoved a piece of ice down the front of Goten�s pants.� Oterro winced at the thought. The rest of the group started to emerge from the house. A snowball fight naturally happened. Zelena and Oterro just sat on the swing, watched the bunch and laughed when someone got hit in the head. Every once in a while a stray would head towards them and Zelena would shoo it away as if it was merely a fly. �Let�s play hide-n-seek.� Marron shouted. The snowballers stopped and looked at the smirking Marron. �This time someone else is it. I was it last time.� �I�ll be it.� Toma said for the thrill of hunting down Marron was just too delicious. Goten and Bra came from around the house, and their clothes were kind of messed not too mention her hair was all tangled. Marron pulled Zelena off the swing to join them in the game. Oterro stood up as well. Zelena jumped on his back, and he carried her through the woods, not really looking for a hiding place; he was just taking a stroll. She rested her head on his shoulder as he carried her deeper into the woods. She hopped down and leaned against a tree. Oterro pinned her against the tree and just gazed into her eyes as he stroked her hair. She grabbed his collar and brought him in for a kiss. They heard Marron let out a shriek, which ended their kiss. �I guess he found her.� Zelena said. They slowly walked back to the house. �I want to build a snowman.� She said when they reached the front. Oterro helped her in making huge snowballs for the body. When they were finished, it stood at six feet, which was just an inch or two shorter then Oterro. The snow started to fall harder and the group decided to go in for a while. �So what are we going to do for tonight?� Zelena asked the lazy group that was spread all over the living room. �I think we should all go out to dinner.� Bra answered. �And there is a dance club in town, we could go there after.� �Actually, sis, you have to be 18 or over.� Trunks said gently so not to hurt Bra�s feelings. �But dinner sounds good. Where do we want to eat? Anyone want to go to Pasha?� �Um, no, we went there last night.� Zelena returned. �What about that Italian place?� �Nope, we went there.� Akira said. �Argh. Thought we would never have problems with finding a place to eat.� Toma growled. �The only place left is that German restaurant.� Nina offered. �I don�t think I want German food.� Mia snarled at the thought. �It looks like we are going to have to split up for the evening.� The room went quiet, as everyone thought about dinner plans. The girls went upstairs to get ready. �I wish this week wasn�t ending.� Marron said as she flopped onto her bed. �I know. I hate to think that things are going to change once we leave here.� Everyone looked at Bra for an explanation. She continued, �I just think that Goten is going to clam up when we get back home. I know he�s been worrying about my father.� �I just can�t stand to be away from Oterro. Like right now, my stomach is in knots. The thought of going home and trying to live day to day without seeing him is killing me. I really hate this love crap.� Zelena sighed. The others nodded in sad agreement. �Alright who�s lost their, you know what?� Marron whispered. Zelena and Bra looked at her like she was nuts. Then their eyes widened. �You didn�t.� Bra said in a breathy whisper. Marron rolled her eyes. �No. Did you?� �Almost. I think we both got too nervous.� Bra answered. Then the two girls looked at Zelena who was lost in thought. She was thinking about last night, and she became embarrassed all over again. �Zelena.� Whispered Bra. �Did you?� �Of course not.� Zelena said, not caring to continue this conversation. She hopped off the bed for she has been away from him long enough. Separation anxiety was really getting to her. <><><><><> On the way home from dinner, Trunks and Oterro were talking. Zelena did not like what she was hearing either. �I will not allow this. Damn you Trunks.� She hissed, not being able to take it anymore. This silenced the limo. �I don�t think it�s your decision.� Trunks retorted. �What don�t you like about this Zelena.� Oterro said in a low tone trying to calm the heated situation. �The money is much better then where I�m working now.� �There is a severe penalty along with that money too.� Zelena said in a low growl. �I don�t want to talk about this anymore.� She huffed and left the comfort of his arms. She was so angry at Trunks that she felt like she could have blasted him out of the car. Everyone looked at her as they felt her powering up. The rest of the way was ridden in tense silence. Trunks grabbed Zelena�s arm before she could follow everyone into the house. Standing in the snowfall, she felt herself growing angrier by each moment that he kept his hand on her. �What is your problem?� He growled at her. �You. You�re my problem Trunks. You know what kind of life it is at Capsule Corp.� �That is so selfish. So you took it upon yourself to dictate his life to him?� She gave him a Saiyan smack across the face. He definitely felt that too. Oterro came out to see what was keeping Zelena. He came in time to see the hit. From inside Akira and the other guys felt Trunk�s Ki reach a dangerous level. Zelena�s was already high from the argument in the limo. But it worried them when they felt Trunks. Akira, Goten, and Toma ran out to see what was going on. Trunks was holding Zelena�s hand after she slapped him and rage was making her lose control. She started to form a Ki ball with her free hand and was preparing to throw it at Trunks. �Stop Zelena.� Akira yelled. �Let it go. Now.� Trunks watched the ball form and he smirked. They didn�t realize that during all this the two of them had levitated off the ground. Trunk�s aura started to glow as he was turning SSJ. �This is bad.� Goten moaned. �You better release my hand now.� She warned. When he didn�t let go she drew back her arm to throw the ball. Goten flew up and grabbed her hand, while Toma flew up to grab a hold of Trunks. Goten whispered in Zelena�s ear and she allowed the ball to diminish. She turned around in his arms and she started to weep. He carried her back down to the ground and took her inside. Trunk�s chest was heaving from anger, and he took off into the night to calm down. Oterro was stunned. He could not believe the scene that he had just witnessed. The power that he felt from the two was overwhelming. Akira stayed back with Oterro, to talk about what he saw. Goten took Zelena upstairs to give her some privacy. She was trying to stop the crying, but it took her over and she sobbed harder for a bunch of different reasons. He gently rocked her till she settled down. She calmed down and pulled away from Goten. She wiped her eyes and sniffed. The cry felt so good, but she hated herself for allowing it to come to this. �I�m in such turmoil.� She said after collecting herself. He waited for her to continue. �This feeling I have is so strong and I don�t know how to control it. It�s so stupid. How could something so powerful form in such a short time? The emotions associated with this thing are so overwhelming. I feel jealous, anxious, giddy, depressed, and aaahhhh.� �Zelena, it happens. You have to find a way to cope with it, because it�s here to stay.� He quietly said to her. �Bra has it, I have it, and I�m pretty sure that Oterro has it. It�s just we don�t allow it to consume us. It�s called love, Zelena-chan.� She looked at him in disbelief. �It�s too soon for that, we just met. He has so much self-control. Why does he like me? Aren�t I smothering him?� �Haven�t you ever heard of love at first sight?� He stifled a laugh at her questions, for this was not the time to tease. �He likes you because of who you are. Personally I don�t think he can get enough of you. But there you have it; he is able to control it. Learn from him Zelena.� |
