y
name is Daria Montferrante. I live in northern New Jersey and have
worked as a veterinary technician/hospital manager for the past 20
years. My many interests include sewing; medieval history, art, and
clothing; baking; (all highlighted here) as well as gardening, photography,
card weaving, cooking, bicycling and of course animal health and husbandry.
I have been a member of the Society
for Creative Anacronism for 15 years, where I am known as Baroness
Kamilla van Anderlecht. The clothing you see here is an evolution
of my interest in recreating authentic medieval clothing. I am apprenticed
to Mistress Elizabeth Talbot. My husband and I are are Lord and Lady
of Haus Von Halstern,
one of the oldest established households of the East Kingdom. The
cakes and cookies are an expression of my creativity in an edible
form, which all started with my son's first birthday
