Depending on the type of case, and the extent of your damages, we offer (1 ) contingency fee agreements where you pay nothing unless you win, and then you pay 33% to 43% of the court's award, or settlement, after costs are deducted; (2) a modified contingency fee agreements where you pay all out of pocket cost, but no fees for legal representation unless you win, and then you pay 22% to 30% the court's award, or the settlement amount. We also offer fixed fee agreements with a time payment option; and (4) hourly fee agreements.
