Physical Description: Tsiaras is not a physically imposing Lord Holder. He does stand tall, about 5'11, and has a fleshed out build. His brown hair is long and he usually keeps it in a braid. His eyes are a golden brown. When he smiles, dimples appear in both cheeks. He has the beginning of laugh lines around his eyes and mouth.

Emotional Description: Tsiaras is well-liked as a Lord Holder, if a bit eccentric in his appearance. He is welcoming and diplomatic, open to change but sticks close to his morals and thinks every decision through, almost to an agonizing point at times. He hates having to dole out punishment, even if he knows it is just. Tsiaras would much rather see all Pernese have an equal calibre of character instead of varying degrees.

Brief History: Tsiaras is the second son of Iolaris and Tsuraiga. His family, like most Lord Holders, is quite large but is spread out. But, as a child, he grew up in the company of his brothers and sisters. Because he was the second son, he was trained in administration but not expected to succeed his father. Tsiaras was thus allowed to study fishercraft until his twenty-third turn.

Unexpectedly, Iolaris suffered a heart attack and the Hold went up for grabs. Tsiaras expected his older brother Ioraigis to take charge but Ioraigis, accumulating so much gambling debt, was a less-than-desireable option and Iotus, their younger brother, was just too young. Still, the Conclave voted and Tsiaras won by small margin. Inexperienced but confident, Tsiaras wasted no time in fixing problems presented and tackling obstacles head on.

A second tragedy fell upon Tsiaras in his thirtieth Turn, when his mother Tsuraiga became ill and died. As his mother had been a constant support for him, Tsiaras, who had been married for less than ten turns a that point, turned to his wife Kalam for emotional backing. But, as fate would have it, Kalam died birthing their first child, a daughter Tsiaras named Talam. Widower at thirty-two, and Lord Holder, Tsiaras devoted his energies to bringing Sakura Hold into a prosperous season while devotedly raising his daughter.
