Okay, second story. I wrote this for my English class, Senior year. It's an original with no inspiration but my own imagination. And oddly enough, some real life. So, enjoy.
This is my first story. It was for my English class. It's supposed to mimic the style of Ernest Hemingway, based on his novel, The Sun Also Rises. Notice the paratactic style, short sentences, stream of consciousness, and symbolism.
