- Maintain personal quality/error ratio within R&IP standard guidelines.
- Assist in department quality/error ratio through mentoring, coaching, and quality checks.
- Maintain personal productivity number at or above 100%.
- Maintain missing batch percentage, including weekends, of 0.02%.
- Adhere to all attendance guidelines.
High Performance Culture 30%
- Participate in monthly WFC Meetings (in absence of WFC).
- Initiate and promote communication across shifts with peers, supervisors, and managers.
- Attend shift huddles.

Growth/Acquisition Readiness 20%
- Cross-train and become proficient in all module functions, including workflow monitoring and floor management.
- Take three online, Bank One University, classes. (TBD with supervisor)
- Cross-train one associates per quarter on multiple functions (i.e. critical, sensitive, high complexity, and FMS)
Financial Discipline 10%
- Produce all reports (i.e. timelines, module report) in a timely manner and without direction from management (in absence of WFC).
- Identify potential revenue enhancements for all of R&IP.
