| During the Olympic break, I took a trip to New Zealand. I bought a bus pass and booked accommodation at youth hostels across the country. I flew into Christchurch on September 23 and the next morning, I left for Kaikoura. The highlight of the trip to Kaikoura was when I went swimming with dolphins. |

| From there, I returned to Christchurch for a night and then headed to Mt. Cook National Park. |
| After spending one night in Mt. Cook, I took the bus to Queenstown. |
