One revolution, wrists are above the head, the second the are extend at should height, the third they are down and extended about waist height, the last they are down by the hips. 4 Infinity figure 8s (up and down, same motion as the miya, only alternated--start to the left) Wrists flow with � wrist circle with the movement.
