***Note: Some of the moves read "four counts". This is so those without music can try this dance. The moves should be done to the beat of the music & drums, whatever music you are using.


4 Egyptian Basic steps
4 Shimmy to front
Pause
4 Hip twist
4 Shoulder shimmies, bending straight down, then up
Place step left foot
6 Left hip circles (fast)
4 Shoulder shimmies to right, with slight back bend
(face front left, fast)
6 Right hip circles (fast)
4 Shoulder shimmies to left, with slight back bend
(face front right, fast)
4 Small hip circles front (fast
4 Shoulder rolls back (with slight back bend)
4 Hip shimmies � pivot turn to rear
4 Staccato hips (side to side)
4 Hip shimmies to front, with a slide turn, right
leg up
4 Staccato hips (side to side)
4 Rib cage circles
4 Shoulder thrusts forward
4 Hip shimmies right
4 Hip contractions left (hard and fast)
4 Snake arms w/beat
1 Head snap
8 Sway figure 8s front with hip shimmy
4 Hard hip slides
8 Sway figure 8s front with hip shimmy
4 Hard hip twists
8 Sway figure 8s front with hip shimmy
4 Hard hip contractions
8 Chest lifts and drops (let the movement travel
down and up your body)
4 Shoulder shimmies, bending straight down, then up
4 Grape vine left with shoulder shimmies
4 Grape vine right with shoulder thrusts
4 Low undulations (undulations down with the lower
part of the body)
4 High undulations (done with belly and shoulders)
Free style--try to stay with the music in such a
way that it looks like your body is making the
sounds.
