      Monthly Updating and Support
      Month to Month payment: $35.00 per month
      Six (6) months of PrePaid service: $180.00 ($30.00/m)
      Twelve (12) months of PrePaid service: $300.00 ($25.00/m)

      I require a 30% downpayment of the total price before work will be started. The balance will be due once the work is completed and approved by you. Upon approval and payment, I will release all files associated with your website to you.
