Ideas for where to stock SCK:
Book World in Manitowoc stocked half their copies in the Young Adult section and half on the New Adult section, which I thought was great. Browsers may have the best chance of seeing it on the new release section or on an end cap in the YA section. Tweedle Bros bookstore stocked their copies right alongside the other YA books (mostly sci fi and fantasy) and they have done very well.
