Infinity promises to have books sent within two days of recieving orders, and the books are sent UPS and usually delivered within just a few days. They pride themselves on the "quickness" of their service. Please email me if you want to order a book directly from me, so I can have it ready. As soon as I get your money order/check, it should be four to five days until you get your book.
Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble.com and Waldenbooks.com will be adding the book to their sites within a few weeks to two months, and then the books will be able to be shipped all over the world through them. You will also be able to order the book into your local Borders store then. For my friends in countries outside the US, I spoke to the publisher. She said you may also call the number above and order, there will just be a little higher shipping cost, but that until it gets added to Amazon.com, she will personally handle dropping it in the mail.
