Easy. Simply go to the CASHIER and select
Withdraw and enter the amount desired. Complete the entire form. Be sure
to use the correct email since you will be sent a confirmation email indicating
the amount to be withdrawn and a Reference Number. Keep the email and Reference
Number handy in case there is ever a problem.
How are winnings paid?
The amount requested will first be credited back to the credit card or Ecash
card which was used to purchase chips up to the amount of purchase(s). If you
used more than one card, each card will be credited back up to the total amount
purchased on each card.
Amounts in excess of your purchases, will be paid by check made
payable to you. Generally, checks will only be mailed to the address to which
your credit card statement is mailed. This is for security reasons. Please allow
one to two weeks for mail to arrive. If not, we are happy to stop payment and
issue another check immediately.
How long does it take to get paid?
Normally, it takes between 1 to 2 days for us to process your
withdrawal, however due to BANK delays, your credit card refund may not appear
on your statement for up to 5 to 7 days. Please allow one to two weeks for mail
to arrive.
If you want to know the status of any withdrawals you've made,
please contact us with your Reference Number (as discussed above) and we will
