Membership is open to anyone interested in communications, whether a licensed amatuer or not. Dues are still only 10 (U.S.) dollars per year for a licensed amatuer (full membership), 5 (U.S.) dollars non licensed (associate member), 2 (U.S.) dollars family membership (licensed or not). Checks are to be made out to NOARS (please include your call) and mailed to NOARS MEMBERSHIP, P.O. BOX 432, Elyria, Ohio 44036-0432.
