My first rally will be the Land Of Enchantment 1000, held in New Mexico in October. Speedy Gonzales is the mascot this year, and the rally call is Andale! Andale! In keeping with my Hopeless Class status, I've chosen Speedy's cousin ,Slowpoke Rodriguize, The Slowest Mouse in all of (New) Mexico, as my mascot. My rally cry is "Hey, wait for me!"
Update: October 02: I placed 1st in the Hopeless Class at the Land Of Enchantment 1000, 15th over all!
Hopeless class LD rally bikes are defined as under 500cc or older than 25 years old. Since my bike is "only" 20 years old, I guess it's not technically Truly Hopeless yet, however I am a complete rally rookie, so that has to count for something! |
