I have always valued attention to detail. In my three years with Analytical Surveys, Inc. (ASI) I was often sought out by managers who needed help getting their projects going. As a result I gained experience reading and analyzing deeds, plats and other land records, to compile and edit cadastral maps.

Since June 2002: MBNA America, N.A.(temp), Newark and Wilmington, Delaware.
Multiple temporary assignments. Data entry and clerical functions, including scanning, data extraction, document review, account status verification, document sorting and filing.

October 1998 to February 2002: Analytical Surveys, Inc., Cary, North Carolina.
Created and edited digital cadastral maps, correlating existing taxmaps, deed and plat information (with land records research as necessary) with orthographic images. Included gathering information to enable linkage of shapefiles to parcel databases. Edited planimetric data and added zoning data to existing cadastral maps. Files created in MicroStation SE, for translation into Arc/Info. Projects worked on included Davidson and Rowan counties in North Carolina; Mahoning County, Ohio; Manchester, Connecticut; and Bartow County, Georgia. Laid off due to company restructuring.

March 1997 to September 1998: MBNA America, N.A.(temp), Newark, Delaware.
Multiple temporary assignments. Data entry and clerical functions, including posting transactions, verifying account status, encoding checks, entry/processing of credit applications, scanning, filing.


January 2002: Earned Certificate of Achievement for Completing World Campus Program in Geographic Information Systems with Pennsylvania State University. Portfolio

December 1996: Graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Planning and Resource Management (Geography Department) from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
