My interest in design started at a young age after being exposed to fellow athletes using unique designing skills to promote themselves in extreme sports such as mountain biking, rock climbing, and whitewater kayaking. Here I started to develop my skills in design basics as I learned key promotional ques use to getting sponsorship. After a few years, I ended up taking a break from design and athletics to join the military. While in the military, I gained a better understanding of discipline and learned a little more about what I wanted to accomplish with my life. When I retired from the military, I made a transition to government based contracting where my passion and drive for design was reignited as I traveled the world and was inspired by the beauty and design of various cultures.
