Poetry is a form of art that I have discovered in my English classes during  high school my inspiration to write is Emily Dickenson.  Though a lot of my poetry may contain grammatical errors I try to make it as proper as possible. Which was something one of my English teachers has encouraged me to do. I must admit I am not as skilled a writer as I may be at other things. Nevertheless my strength is creative thinking which will at least give interest to my po a Tree!

Sample Poem

Love hurts, but every once in a while love works and when that happens you don't want that feeling to end. You want that love to last forever and never slip away so you try to grip it as tight as you can. You might even get lost in the moment and forget who you are, but you have every right to keep it going for as long as you can and soak that moment in like sponge. Making sure you totally absorb the feeling of true love, because Love hurts but every once in a well love works and there you go again down that road we call memory lane, for some its a recall to pain for others just a shallow game in a players life but not I, I like to do it right keeping it worth the ride because deep down inside I hold my love my pride.
