| The Visegrad region has experiened both economic recession and growth. The Czech Republic and Slovakia have had tough times, but Hungary and Poland have enjoyed successful economic transitions. As a result people in bad economic conditions have been skeptical of right-wing parties. On the other hand, people in good economies welcome right-wing ideas. |
