I saw the love between my mother and her sister and I know that that bond is still there. Someday when I get older me and my sisters will be the same yet so different. And the tiny things we remember about one another will tie us together for life.
I know how hard it must have been to see someone you love grow up from a little girl, turn into a young woman and have three beautiful children. Then before you know it she is gone. My mother did. I don't think her life will ever be the same.
If my Aunt taught me anything it was to do your best and to not be afraid. She fought many battles in her short life. She was a single parent who struggled to provide for her children, a cancer patient and most of all very strong woman.
I know I am just like her. I have a strong will too. That is why I give this tribute to her....I share her strength with you now.
