Check out the under arms. Just hack away and see what happens. To dye the outfits what I did was to boil a bucket of water on the stove. I boiled in the bucket! When it was good and hot I took it outside, added the dye and put the costumes right in. I let them sit in the bucket for a long time, moving them around from time to time.
