- Average reserve outfielders are only making 4 or 5 million dollars per season.
- Teams can't afford to pay "The Chicken" as a mascot, so they replace him with "The Ostrich".
- Next season's schedule is just 162 Yankees intrasquad games because the rest of the league was contracted.
- Fans change the words to "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" to "Take Me Out From The Ballgame".
- Steroid use dips to only 70% of the players.
- People are staying home and going to bed early so they can wake up at 1:30 a.m. to watch World Cup soccer matches.
- No matter where you watch a game, it feels like Montreal.
