Vegetable Dip
I don't know where my mom got the recipe from, so I can only say I got it from her. It is the best vegetable dip I know of.
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1� tablespoons beau monde (a seasoned salt consisting of salt, celery seed, and onion)
1� tablespoons parsley flakes
1� tablespoons dried onion flakes
1� teaspoons dill weed
Combine all ingredients and keep refrigerated.
For a reduced-fat or fat-free version of this recipe, just substitute low-fat or fat-free sour cream and mayonnaise/salad dressing.
