Spinach Dip

The recipe for this spicy cheese dip came from a friend, and I have no idea where she got it from. I only know that it is very tasty.

1 tablespoon chopped jalepenos
 cup chopped onions
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 10-oz. package frozen spinach (chopped), thawed and squeezed dry
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1/3 cup half & half (or milk)
(red pepper and/or garlic powder can be added to make it a little more spicy

After drying out spinach, chop up further to make sure there are small pieces. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together & pour into a buttered oven-proof dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Holds up well on low setting in crock pot, but must be stirred occasionally & baked first in the oven. Serve with nachos.
