White Chip Chocolate Cookies

This recipe comes straight from the Nestle White Chip package.

2 cups flour
2/3 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter or margarine (2 sticks)
 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 12 oz. pkg white chips

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Mix butter/margarine, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in white chips. Drop by well-rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until centers are set. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks (I use a wax papered countertop) to cool completely.
