4.18) Hasegawa series:

4.18.1) What scales are the Hasegawa "Area 88" series?

Within a series of character models from Hasegawa called "Act Hasegawa", were two sets of "Area 88" kits (based on a Japanese cartoon called "Area 88"). Both of these sets consisted of kits that contained an aircraft model and a figure model. One set, categorized as "aircraft kit with extra figure", contained a Hasegawa 1/72 scale aircraft model and a figure model; the other, categorized as "figure with extra aircraft kit", contained a small scale aircraft model (mostly 1/144 scale Dragon models) and a larger scale figure model. There were five kits in the small scale "Area 88" series. These are not the same molds as the Takara small scale "Area 88" figure/aircraft kits. The aircraft in the Takara kits are 1/100 scale and the figures are also a different scale (the Takara F-14 figure is 1/24 scale, for example). Here are the scales of the Hasegawa small scale "Area 88" kits (thanks to Yuuichi Kurakami and Jim Galloway):

		Aircraft	Figure

4.24) What is included in the Nexus 1/144 scale "Wings of War Miniatures" series?

The Nexus "Wings of War Miniatures" is a series of 1/144 scale WWI (rumoured to be expanding to WWII) pre-built and pre-painted aircraft. These were designed for wargaming, but are very nice aircraft with paint schemes representing actual pilot's aircraft. These are made by Fantasy Flight Games. Here is a list of possible models (thanks to the wingsofwar and wingsofwar 2 webpages):

Older issues had either plastic or metal wheels, later versions had metal posts with metal wheels.

4.31.4) What is included in the Takara 1/144 scale "World Tank Museum" series?

The Takara "World Tank Museum" series is a series of 1/144 scale plastic armored fighting vehicles, artillery, and aircraft; produced by Kaiyodo. These come with various paint schemes, weathering, and some with broken fenders. These are of the "trading kit" or "candy toy" type. The "World Tank Museum IRC" series is not random. These 1/144 scale remote contol tanks actually run on their own tracks, not on wheels hidden beneath the body. Here is a list of possible models (thanks to fef3844, Warren Greene, Ron Sanctuary, Bruce Scott, Mike's Diecast Tanks and Armour, HobbyLink Japan, and the STAR-JET Toy Arsenal websites):
