of the Drug Test Operations and Management Information System (DTOMIS)
implemented in at least 919 Drug Test Laboratories nationwide. Major
Outputs: A system of data entry and report generation of Drug Test
Results installed in and operated by the Drug Test Laboratories (DTLs)
nationwide. Data from each DTL is electronically send to the DOH
via internet, established a centralized Drug Test Results Database,
can generate drug test results, can enable or disable DTLs to operate
or stop operating especially in cases of closing DTLs and includes
a web-based verification system that will allow other DTLs and authorized
agency data beneficiaries like LTO, PNP, DSWD and others to verify
for any pending transactions, i.e. those with drug test results to
be confirmed by a higher level of DRL.

- Development of an Integrated Hospital Operations and Management
Information System (for all Philippine government retained and private
hospitals). Systems are Admitting, Billing, Medical Records,
Cashiering, Referral Systems, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation,
Outpatient, Emergency Room, Pharmacy, Ancillary Services, Dietary,
Personnel Information System, Financial Information System and Logistics
Management Information System (Planning, Bidding, Procurement, Delivery,
Warehousing). Major Outputs: An integrated system of data entry and
report generation of patient, administrative and clinical data needed
for hospital operations and established a patient-based information
system, an integrated database for admission, billing, medical records,
pharmacy, cashier and other units of the hospital.

System (Project and Financial Monitoring System). Major
Outputs: A system of data entry and report generation of project/activities/fund
and others in the DOH Central Office and monitors the status in each
CHD as well as the Central Office.
