* Following the broadcast of RCW's comeback show Impact, FOX executives telephoned Executive Producer Robert Durango. Apparently they had some concerns about extravagantly-homosexual character Takuya Nobu. Durango managed to convince them that in depicting Nobu as an openly-gay, cross-dressing wrestler, RCW would stick to television regulations.
* RCW's owners have been happy with the backstage atmosphere so far. In the past there have been certain "factions" and power games played by certain wrestlers. So far none of that has surfaced, and RCW bosses hope it stays that way. They're keeping a particular eye on Tripp Shade, whose exit from the company originally was due to conflicts with management and a nasty backstage brawl with Devon Case.
* More surprises to come? Word has it that another former RCW "big name" will be making his return on either of the next two shows.
* Speaking of debuts, watch out for a former EMWC champion to show up in RCW sometime in the near future.
* Many people were shocked to see Rum Barton on RCW's return show. The general concensus was that Barton was going to take time off from wrestling after his brutal match with Raidon Kentaro at SPW's last supercard. It is true that Barton is still banged up from months of wrestling in SPW's most hardcore matches, but he has been signed to an RCW contract. When he will actually return to the ring remains in question though.
* RCW's writers have decided not to continue any of the storylines established in SPW. So when Kangaroo Kid makes his RCW debut, it will be with his mask intact and without any mention of his former feud with Shaun Borders. Instead, Borders will be working a programme with a newcomer who has yet to debut.

River City Wrestling roared back from the grave when it presented Impact last week in St Louis. This week we're in NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA. Party town! Can RCW continue its momentum as it presents Impact at the NEW ORLEANS ARENA? Tune in to find out!
This week sees the start of the tournament to crown the very first SUPER J-CROWN CHAMPION! In a qualifier match, three wrestlers - SHAUN BORDERS, KANGAROO KID and GLENN WAYNE - will meet, with one going on to the tournament proper. And in first round tourney matches, HERO ISHIKAWA takes on TAKUYA NOBU, and ALEX RIPLEY meets LENNY GETZ!
Look out RCW, because Miss Cherry is on the warpath!
She's not happy that "EL CHOLO" JUAN VASQUEZ has turned his back on her, so she's got a little revenge cooked up, in the former of the dreaded.....MYSTERY OPPONENT!
DEVON CASE isn't in the boss's good books either, going against her orders to vacate the World title, so she's scheduled him in a NON-TITLE MATCH against the giant "PIT MONSTER" CHAD GRIMSSON!
"ULTRAVIOLENCE" GABRIEL THORN suffered the first loss of his career on the last show, and now he's going to be teaming up with A MYSTERY PARTNER to take on MADISON J. VALENTINE and GRIFFIN JAMES. Some say James fluked his win last time out, so he'll be looking to prove the world wrong, while Thorn will definitely be out for revenge!
And finally, we saw them in battle together on the last show, but this time there won't be two other wrestlers to get in the way. This time it's just "MR EXCITEMENT" ALEX EXTREME taking on "UPSTART KING" TRIPP SHADE one-on-one!
It's going to be the a night of mysteries revealed, shocks and great in-ring action! Be there!
