- In a late breaking news piece, the USJP front office has decided on a location for the upcoming Supercard which will showcase the Gauntlet to crown a first USJP Champion. This event will take place just outside Mr. Ralston's hometown of Chicago in Villa Park, IL from the Odeum! Management is anticipating a sellout crowd of 3500 Jisatsu faithful.
- In another match announced for this event, the USJP has provided us with a blockbuster announcement concerning the USJP Womens division. At the supercard, a five woman elimination (pinfall/submission/over the top rope) will determine the first ever USJP Womens Champion! Around the ring will be beds of barbed wire, glass shards, explosives, thumbtacks! OH MY GOD!
Five ladies in the match...
1. Ainsley Britt
2. Ashley Brooks
3. Ashlyn Summers
4. "Poison Bliss" Myra Benedict
5. Sierra Hayes
- Now that two USJP titles will be decided at this event, Management saw fit to label this special 2 Disc DVD release a "Night of Champions". Matches already announced are the Gauntlet for the USJP American Jisatsu Title as well as the USJP Womens Title Match. More matches are expected to be added.
- "A Last Chance at Glory" the show featuring Werewolf Gregorson and Caliban in a Caged Animal Match will emanate from the tiny ST. Andrews Hall in Bricktown, Detroit. The USJP, appears to be spreading its wings a little, seeing how far they can venture away from the North Eastern region.
- Rumors are running rampant that talks for a fifth installment of the R-Cup tournament is already in the works for as early as this spring... one year following the last illustrious tournament. Many are saying the USJP may host the event.
- Commissioner Lords has announced that the broadcast following "The Bloody Path to Destiny" will be entitled "Last Chance at Glory" and will feature the final Gauntlet qualifying match pitting Werewolf Gregorson and the Alaskan Enigma... Caliban inside a Caged Animal Match. More on this as the stipulations are released...
- A man who made quite a name for himself late last year in NEO before they closed their doors, who USJP officials also felt was stolen from under their feet by the SAWF upon the closing of NEO... one Tobias Chapel Smith has finally come to terms with the little Jisatsu Project. The three hundred pound powerhouse is another recent signee with extremely high expectations.
- While he did not appear on camera, Eric Vanguard was in attendance at "The Road Less Traveled" watching the Gauntlet Contender matches with a great deal of interest. When approached by camera crews, the former prison guard basically shrugged them off stating that he had nothing to say and he'll do all his talking in the ring. Vanguard seems quite determined to shake off what he has called a "curse" - in which he is always a contender, but never a champion. For the first time in his career, Vanguard seems quite focused .. and that can't mean good things for the people already entered in The Gauntlet.
- As a result of her grueling match with Ashlyn Summers, "Poison Bliss" Myra Benedict suffered several lacerations to her face, the palm of her hand, back, and chest, a deep gash in her thigh, several bruised ribs, a bruised larynx, as well as various small cuts and bruises all over her body from the many light tubes brought into play, not to mention severe blood loss.
- Earlier today it was revealed that Bernie Cox was scheduled this past weekend to work a dark match at "The Road Less Traveled." Promoters kept it rather quiet since nobody has heard from Cox since his match with LAD. As expected by some, and as a surprise to other - Bernie Cox no-showed his first scheduled match in the promotion. Rumors around Tunkhannock, PA is that Bernie Cox has returned home ... sort of. Camera crews will be dispatched, and hopefully we will hear from "The White Trash Warrior" in the near future.
- Sources say the tension backstage between Sierra Hayes and newcomer Myra Benedict is legitimate. Could a match between these two ladies be in the making?
