- The USWA has been getting geared up for the upcoming "Texas Gold Hunt" Supercard.. There's been talk all around the internet and the like about the potential for the card. Headling of course, is the main event for the vacant USWA World Heavyweight Title, the culmination of the Texas Gold Hunt Tournament.. The "MODERN MESSIAH" SETZER VAN STRIFE does battle with "THE RICH ONE" STEVE GREEDY.
- The USWA has apparently signed NEWC star, Alexander Anderson to a contract. Anderson has made waves in the NEWC and the Independent scene to boot.. Anderson has come on the USWA roster as a Cruiserweight, and should help to shake up the already booming division.
- USWA Television Champion, "BROOKLYN'S FINEST" KAI A. LEWIS will be going at it with SHANE MARTIN to represent the USWA in the upcoming NEO-Pro International event, "The Skys The Limit 4." What was formerly an annual Junior Heavyweight Tournament for the NEO-Pro brand, has now become a global wrestling summit. 14 Promotions will be showing off their talent at the event, and the USWA's special attraction match will take place on night two. - The USWA has been in talks with a UWF Superstar. Contract negotiations have apparently been under-way, and more will be revealed as it develops. The debut could take place as soon as the night of the "Texas Gold Hunt" Supercard!
- The USWA has recently signed sleeper Independent star "The Phenom" Mike Young. Young hails out of Hollywood, California and is at the ripe old age of 24 years old. Along with Joey Darren, Young was one half of the ICW World Tag-Team Champions.
- The upcoming "Hardcore Hell 1" - Swinging Singapore Cane Match for the Deathmatch Title has raised many heads from the hardcore enthusiasts around the world. JACK VIOLENCE, the current Deathmatch Champion will be defending his title against a BSCW Deathmatch king, JOHN WAYNE EVANGELISTA. All hell will definently break loose as these two try and establish the USWA as a great avenue for Deathmatch competition.
- Three USWA competitors will be competing in the upcoming SuperSlam 3 Tournament hosted by former Five Star Wrestling owner, Chris Chronic. The USWA members in the tournament include newcomer, "INVINCIBLE" IAN ANDERSON, cruiserweight sensation, TOSH, and the well known "RICH ONE" STEVE GREEDY.
- A huge former OWE, and IWE(among others) talent is apparently on his way to the USWA.. More on this as we recieve it.
- A man by the name of Michael Kane, a third generation amateur wrestler who is skilled in one of the most painful types of fighting arts; catch wrestling, or hook wrestling if you will has apparently inked a deal with the USWA. Apparently we'll be seeing something from Kane this week at the Texas Gold Hunt Supercard.
