PWR News & Notes For When Darkness Falls
By PWR Staff

***The wrestling world is abuzz with rumors as to what TODD MICHAELSON will reveal in his exclusive interview about CALEB TEMPLE later this weekend. There's been no leaks coming out of the PWR offices for this one, but we understand it is _hot_ material. You won't want to miss this one.

***Many have questioned the wisdom in allowing both BRYAN COATS and SHADOW XL to continue competing in PWR after their actions at You Say You Want A Revolution. Coats nearly started a riot with his actions while XL almost gave Calisto Dufresne a serious injury just moments before another problem. As you saw earlier today, Shadow XL went on a backstage rampage after his loss to Calisto Dufresne, threatening everyone from SWLL owner El Corazon Negro to Todd Michaelson. Officials are at a loss and there are some indications that charges stemming from this incident may be laid. XL apparently pushed a fan, a teenage girl, to the ground as he left out the back door, starting a pull apart brawl between him and her boyfriend. This part of the footage went unshown today...but we do understand that it _will_ air in the future.

*** Recent reports have said that M-DOJO trainer JUVENIL INFIERNO has recently been spending a lot of time working on newcomer to the Dojo, EL CALIENTE. El Caliente and Juvenil Infierno will be teaming up at WHEN DARKNESS FALLS to take on the team of EL HIJO DEL DIABLO and GOLDEN TIGER. Other students of the Dojo have commented on how well Caliente seems to be performing after having worked with Juvy for just a short period of time. When asked about training Caliente, Juvenil responded by telling us, "It's been a real pleasure to work with him. He's so eager to learn and takes all of my suggestions to heart. I hadn't had much time to help him prepare for his six man tag match at You Say You Want A Revolution, but I was really surprised at how well he performed in front of a Revolution crowd for the first time." We tried to catch up to Caliente as well to get a few comments from the newcomer to the Dojo, but all he had to say was, "Es un gran honor a estar aqu. Estoy realmente alegre poder aprender alguien como Juvenil Infierno." Needless to say, it should be very interesting to see how the two of them perform after they've had a couple of weeks to work with each other.

***Speaking of the lucha libre tag team match, there has been internal discussions about adding a member to each team and changing it to a trios match. Todd Michaelson has expressed the desire to have a trios match open every show because of the effect it has on the crowd as well as Michaelson's desire to honor the lucha libre tradition that's so ignored in United States wrestling. If this does comes to pass, we understand El Corazon Negro has offered to team with Infierno and Caliente. The SWLL owner was very pleased by his first PWR experience and is looking to get some more PWR shows for himself and his workers.

In what continues to be a busy weekend for Pro Wrestling Revolution news, earlier tonight at the Ronin Dojo debut show, the Ronin Dojo superstars competed in matches to determine who would have the honor of venturing out to Southern California later this month to battle M-DOJO at Pro Wrestling Revolution's When Darkness Falls.

The battles were fierce as the young competitors desperately looked to score another payday and another night in the spotlight. When the night was over, four Ronin Dojo competitors had joined promoter and head trainer JEREMY RHODES on the team.

In the opening match, Black Bison defeated Silver Hawk to take his place as the first member of Rhodes' squad. Bison's power-based offense should give him an advantage against some of M-DOJO's smaller competitors like Calisto Dufresne.

The shocker of the night was next as Rhodes declared the winner of the Angel Santiago-GIRL POP! match would also join the team... meaning a female would be on the squad. Santiago scored the win with a moonsault legdrop, sending her on to Southern California. This could be a mistake by Rhodes as many doubt Santiago's ability to hang with men like Crusher Tyler and Ben Waterson.

Brent Marvel became the third member of Team Ronin as he teamed with Sean Morrigan to defeat the Dread Pirate Roberts duo. Marvel has had some experience on the national stage and brings some veteran leadership to the Ronin Dojo squad.

The main event of the show saw Jayson Graham and Elias Spencer best the Monroes in tag team action. Graham scored the victory for his team with a fisherman suplex into a Michinoku Driver, meaning he'll be the final member of the team in the Frank And Sons Collectible Show arena.

Here's how it breaks down...
