My hope is that friends and family who have to deal with the many forms of mental illness can come join here to make friends, share stories, support each other. The most important thing is to give each other HOPE 4 DEPRESSION. Even though there are times that you may feel there is no hope, there are those of us who have been there and understand. We can give each other HOPE. We can also encourage each other to focus on the positives in our lives.
