Contract Stuff

All items (cake boards, fountains & stands, pillars, etc.) that are used in your wedding cake must be returned no later than that very next Monday.  Failure to do so will result in a $2 per day charge which is taken from the item  deposit.  This charge helps me to discourage anyone from returning items late.  Any missing or broken items will be deducted from your deposit check as well.  A list will be placed at the hall or given to you when you pick up your cake so you will know what must be returned.

 All cakes must be paid for before they can be delivered!  No exceptions.  This also includes the item  security deposit check being paid as well.  Pay them in two separate checks if you like.  I will return the deposit check to you when the items are returned to me.  (That is the easiest as that way I just mail it back to you.)  If  I’m not home when you arrive leave all items on the front porch and I’ll go through them and return your deposit check by mail.

Security deposit is $30 if your cake hasn't any fountain.  Security deposit is $75 for each fountain.  This deposit is returned to you when the items are returned to me the Monday following your wedding.  Again, there will be a charge for lateness.
