Documentation of the Development Process
The development of this website was intended as an example website to support my fictional uncle's business. For the intent of the assignment, my uncle owns a chain of PC shops, which make repairs, build new PCs, and generally work with computers. This website will support the growth of his business and capture an online segment of the population, who will probably find this website by Google. Additionally, as dictated by the type of customer that would need these services, I assumed that the website would be visited by relative computer novices (since pros can fix their own), and made sure that the design and navigation was clear and easy to understand, and the information not too detailed.

Defense of the Final Project
For my website design, I focused on professionalism, minimalism, and functionality. For the overall site, I used Twitter's Bootstrap to streamline the design process, which allows me to easily divide up my pages into containers, import some of their stylesheet functions, and use JS/JQ. I used Helvetica Neue overall as a font for it's clean look, and kept with gray/neutral tones to make the website easy to read. I also included a gallery of finished computers, a FAQ video explaining some common repairs, a Q/A section for common questions, and an easy to use form to schedule an appointment.

Opportunities for Improvement and Growth
I would like to explore implementing a functional eCommerce system, which would allow customers to process payments and transactions over the website, as well as a product shop, which would display prebuilt computers and "microservices" for purchase, such as virus removal, parts installation, etc. I would also like to explore making the website more responsive; I added on bootstrap midway during the development, as I learned more about it, and so I have only just begun to play with the features that it adds. This would ensure that, when viewed in mobile - which many customers use today - the website will still present well.
