Elaine and George discover that abstinence from sex can have different side effects. For instance, when George's new girlfriend says she won't have sex with him, George's mental faculties are suddenly sharpened. Conversely, abstinence makes Elaine "a moron."

Making up and breaking up took on new meaning for Jerry and
Elaine. Here is a unique look at some of their more idiosyncratic grievances.Brain: A universal problem, since Jerry finds no one his intellectual equal.
Teeth: Downfall of Shelly. She requests Jerry use her toothbrush, and Jerry is unyielding in his need for personal cleanliness.
Throat: Disqualifies Naomi. Her laugh is too dissimilar from Jerry's, and Jerry notes that her diction closely resembles a certain talking horse.
Mammary Glands: Point of weakness with Sidra (Terri Hatcher). Jerry is unsure whether she has implants, and is too impractical to ask. Jerry, of course, sends Elaine to Sidra's health club to find the answer.
Apparel: Stumbling point with Christie (Lisa Deanne). She is notorious for wearing the same dress, which in Jerry's mind, limits her social capabilities.
Athletic Ability: Jerry is inspired by athletic gymnast Katya (Elena Lowensohn), who holds the promise of amazing sexual entanglements. However, Jerry becomes miffed when she refuses to showcase her talents.
Phalanges: Gillian (Kristen Bauer) has man-hands. Immediate disqualification.
Private Areas: Creates difficulties with Maria. She is a reported virgin, and Jerry is unprepared to deal with the associated attachment issues.
Social Abilities: Jerry observes that Ellen is the perfect woman, but has no friends. Consequently, Jerry views this as a telling sign that she is, in fact, imperfect.
