Chapter Twenty One
"What a wonderful place." She squeeled at the seclusion as JC pulled a picnic basket out of his trunk, bringing it to where she was sitting on a blanket on the hood.
"I thought you'd like it." JC pulled her hand into his after he had situated himself next to her.
"It's beautiful." She looked up to the star sprinkled sky, resting her head on his chest.
"Are you hungry?" His hands stroked her hair and arm, not sure he wanted her to get up to eat.
"Are you?" She kept her eyes on the sky, not wanting him to lift himself.
"We'll eat in a minute." He assured holding her close to him.
"Josh?" She sat up to look down at him, straddling his shoulders with her arms.
"Yeah?" His hands ran up her arms, landing at her shoulders.
"Can I have a kiss?" The pure innocence in her voice, and complete need for reassurance at her boldness made JC pull her to rest on top of him, kissing her gently at first.
"Anytime you want baby." He left her with one last light kiss, then slid from underneath her. "We should eat before this gets cold."
"Of course." Soon JC had made a plate for each of them, and they were eating happily. "I'm stuffed." She pushed the plate toward where the picnic basket rested on the hood, then put her hand to her stomach for effect.
"How about some music?" He discarded of the trash, and put the basket back in the trunk.
"Sure." She waited for him to return after he had turned the key in the ignition and turned on the radio.
"Jazz okay?" He slid onto the hood, certian her answer would be yes, then pulled her into his arms.
  "Fine with me cutie."

"I had a wonderful time tonight, thank you so much." She gathered her night clothes, then left for the bathroom so he could change in the bedroom. "Are you dressed?"
"Yeah." He called back to her, then she emerged, a blush rising in her cheeks when she found him without a shirt on.
"You said you were dressed." She dropped her eyes to the floor, and watched out of the corner of her eye as he laid down on the bed, making no attempt to cover himself.
"I am." He replied simply, throwing his arms behind his head.
"Oh." She crawled cautiously onto the bed, not to seem too eager to reach him.
"Bri, what are we going to do when Justin feels better?" He pulled her hand to his bare chest, trapping it there with his hand.
"What do you mean?" Her hand began making small circles, and eventually was running along his chest and stomach lightly.
"My teddy bear will never feel the same." He chuckled lightly into her hair after she let out a gasp at his fowardness.
"You sleep with a teddy bear?" She was very amused with the side of JC she had seen lately, he was sweet and caring, and the smiles looked a lot better in person than they had in pictures.
  "Yeah, you don't?"
"Oh yeah, I do. His name is Timbleton." She nestled closer to him, letting her hand stop at his shoulder.
"Mine's named Brianne." He pulled her closer to him, telling her it was her he was talking about.
"What about your teddy bear at home?"
  "He doesn't have a name."
"What a pity, everyone should have a name." She laid a trail of kisses from his shoulder to his lips, lingering at his neck, then returning to it after a light kiss on the lips.
"What do you suggest I call him?" He tried to ignore the reaction his body was giving to her kisses.
"Sugarcakes." She teased, then continued to torture him with her lips.
"Babe.." His breathing had increased in rate, and his hands were digging into her sides, trying to pull her on top of him, but she was resisting.
"You're right, we should go to bed." She placed one last kiss on his lips, then pulled the covers back.
  "Yeah, bed."

                                                               The Next Friday
"Are you sure you can?" She peered at Justin through skeptical eyes, not sure she agreed. He had come back to the studio that Wednesday, and she had been keeping a close eye on him.
"Yes, I'm sure, will you come?" Justin knew she would agree to go, it was only a club.
"Justin, I'm not sure you should go. But if you insist on going, you know I will also. As long as Josh is going."
"JC, JC, JC, don't I matter to you at all anymore?" He laid down on her desk, things falling from the edges as he looked up at her, trying to focus on her upside down figure.
"Of course you matter." She looked down at him, a smile taking her features so he would know there was more to come. "Just not as much as Josh." She stuck her tongue out at him then tried to push him from the desk, unsuccessfully.
"That hurts." He slid a hand over his heart, his eyes widening, and his bottom lip sticking out.
"Josh, help!" She called as he walked past her doorway, not even looking in.
"Pest removal?" He leaned against the frame of the door, looking over the scene before him.
"He is begging me to go to a club with him, do you think it's okay?" She ignored Justin's pleading glance, giving JC one of her own.
"Yeah, it was my idea in fact. We haven't all been out in a while, and never with you." He walked to her side of the desk, shooting Justin a look to tell him to get off the desk. When Justin did remove himself, JC playfully lifted Brianne and laid her back on the desk, hovering inches above her.
"Josh, no, we're at work. Josh, I could get in trouble." She tried desperatly to push him from her, but failed.
"You think we could get some work done?" Lance, Joey and Chris came into her office, amused by what they saw. Justin stood looking on as JC had Brianne pinned to the desk.
"Josh, please, I won't go to the club if you don't get off me." She warned knowing full well she wouldn't keep her threat no matter what he did.
"Yes she will, as long as you go. I just found out you matter more than me." Justin fell into a chair, looking to the other guys for comfort.
"I matter more than him?" JC's eyebrows raised then lowered, his face moving closer to her.
"Of course baby, Justin doesn't kiss nearly as good as you." She looked up, from where she was laying on the desk to look at Justin.
"After all the moaning I heard last week, I'm not sure that's a put down." His tongue was exposed to her, and the other guys quickly swelled around them.
  "Moaning?"
