My Friends
Rostislav Mikhailovich Zaliznyak (Russ):

Russ is such a cool friend! He is one of the brilliant people of our grade. Russ is on the swim team and very proud of his achievements. He is an inspiration to those who are not as smart as he is, like me *sob*. His words of bragging about his juniour college at West Valley will send anyone who has an academic future planned to work much harder. Russ is a great swimmer and a good guitar player as well. He impresses his friends with short sections of popular guitar music; unfortunately, sometimes, all he knows are those few phrases. His favourite band is Stone Temple Pilots. He loves them almost as much as I love England and practices all day on his guitar. He is a Jew and often gets our teasing in class. Nobody actually means anything against the Semitic people, but the more Russ refutes, the more pleasure the friends get out of teasing him. Personally, I don't find anything strange about the Jewish religion. In fact, I find myself to respect people of religion more than others who are without. Don't know why, just a habit methinks. However, no friend is perfect. Russ is often found near another friend of mine, who has a strong Bolshevik ideology. Russ claims he isn't involved with the Bolshevik party, but his anti-British slogans make me think twice. When we talk, politics are usually avoided.

Quote: "Stone Temple Pilots are the greatest rock band of all time!"
Caution: many words of flattering will be used. Words of flatter will be used liberally and does not necessarily imply the person's actual personality. I just want to make them  feel special. :-)
My gracious companions who are my only allies against the evil demon of boredom...
Russ is doing a little prayer in Mr. P's to ensure the score on his history test (which he cheated on. j/k) is high
Samad Lotia, aka: Trotsky

Samad is truly a unique person. As anyone could have guessed, he is the socialist influence that I have seen brainwashing my friends. He addresses me and others he meets as "comrade" when I am clearly not a slave of the evil Bolshevik party. Samad is also on the swim team and he often uses this time to brainwash Russ into a comrade. He is a talented programmer as well as a guitar player. He is one of my primary tech info sources. He also has another friend, Andrew, who has gained the respect amongst all our friends as a possible future astrophysicist. Samad is a member of the Bolshevik party and loves to spread his influence. Although he comes from Pakistan, he likes to learn Russian and uses what little he knows of the Russian language to make an impression on us. He calls himself "el revolucionario" and studies Marxists books whenever possible. In fact, he has a whole collection of Marxist books such as The Communist Manifesto and Mao's Little Red Book. He is a political rival of my favourite nation in the world, but nevertheless an interesting friend to talk to. Samad relinquishes all relations with Communism. He is only j/k.

Scott Smith:

Scott is a really good person in general. Scott is a priest at the local church and his religious guidence is , in my mind, one of his greatest traits. He is usually energetic and his energy gives all those near him his bubbly feeling. He is often seen in class jotting down new quotes that are funny. These quotes are hilarious (mostly of Mr. P's) and never fails to brighten a despondent day. Although he isn't an exceptional student in all his classes, he truly tries. He puts his priorities right and gives it all he has. Effort is something that he does not lack (at least by my opinion). He is also a track person and his times are by far one of the fastest in longer distances. He is a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and hopes to go on his mission when he is older. He is proud of his religion and believes it is the purest religion. And although he feels strong about his religion, he does not wave his belief around trying to convert. Only when one has a question involving their religious views does Scott really open up about his own views and ideas. Scott has another friend, Chris, who is also a priest at the same church. They're a wicked(that's cool) bunch.

C.O.,  aka: Roronoa Zorro

This person is a cool guy. He's also a priest at the local church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He is also a good person to go to for religious council. Roronoa is very hard working and doesn't like to fail. When he does, he goes to the "brink of cursing", because he is furious, but his religion forbids him to utter a single bad word. That's a really cool idea. I like that fact that he is extremely devout because many of the rules that they follow are very virtuous in my opinion. Roronoa  is also a sports person and loves baseball.

Jeanie Yi

Jeanie is a really talented person. Although I didn't know her much before summer, when summer came, she was often on AIM, so we chatted and talked about our other friends. Before this semester, she had a straight A record. I have no doubt that she is extremely talented, and smarter than me. Not only is she an excellent student in school, she is also quite a good webpage designer. In fact, her excellence in design inspired me to start my own. She has one of the coolest pages. Her artwork is also quite funny. She has various sections on Petriano's "other" side as well as various works on fellow students and other teachers. She also likes John Lennon. I think he's British...? She's really cool as well as really talented.

Scott, smiling as always, well... kind of...either that, or he's really angry at me....
Hi. I'm not really Roronoa Zorro.
This is Jeanie. She looks kinda tired, probably because she makes improvements on her webpage constantly. You should really check it out. It's really cool!
