Shepards Pie

Brown your ground beef ( it dont matter how much you use). drain it and put it in the bottom of a cake pan. Frozen 2 lb. bag of Frozen Corn . (on top of the hamburger) then your mashed potatoes (do not use instant) make your own Spread Cheese on top (mozarella and cheddar)

Bake @ 350 for bout hour.

Tator Tot Casserole

Brown your hamburger and lay in the bottom of a cake pan. 2 cans of French Cut Green Beans on top of the hamburger (do not cook the beans) then add a can or 2 of mushroom soup on top of the Green Beans make sure the soup covers the beans. then you cover the mushroom soup completely with tator tots in nice straight lines. cover with cheese (cheddar and mozarella ) is what i use bake for an hour (or until the cheese is melted ) at 350 degrees ...enjoy

Taco Dip

One Block of cream cheese mix a taco seasoning in with the cream cheese add 8 oz.container of sourcream, add all toppings you like ( tomatoes. olives. etc) finely cut your lettuce and add it then mix it all up and Enjoy with plain tortilla chips

Oriental Soup

4 cup chicken broth(canned is fine)

2 cups diced ham

1 cup sliced freash mushrooms

1/4 cup green onion (chopped)

6 oz. bag frozen oriental vegetables mix,thawed

2 tbsp.red wine vinegar

In a saucepan combine the first three ingredients,bring to a boil,

reduce heat to a simmer, simmer for 5 minutes

stir in vegetable mix,vinegar,and onions.

Home Made broccoli Soup

2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 cans of Evaporated Milk

2 Bags of Cut Broccoli

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Jar of Cheese Whiz

Put your soup and milk in a kettle and let cook until boiling Add broccoli and cook stirring

so the milk doesnt scorch over low heat until broccoli is tender normally 30-40 minutes.

Add jar of cheese whiz and heat until broiling again. Cheese gets thicker as it sets. Serve with crackers.

Poor Mans Steak

1 pound of hamburger

1 cup milk

1/4 tsp. milk

1 cup crushed cracker crumbs

tsp. salt

1 small onion (chopped)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix first six ingredients together and shape in to a loaf pan.

Let sit in the fridge four at least four hours or so.

put into a cake pan.Mix the soup according to directions on can

spread over each slice and dump whats left into pan

bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees
