During our younger years. The Labrador Brothers (Labros) did many strange and crazy stuff. Except for one of them was probably the most memorable. A neighbor boy named Richard, just moved in and began to play along with us. We got along pretty well. So well, we could tease each other and know we were only "joeking." So then a couple of years have passed and Rich was still a very young kid (about 8-9 yrs old). Now the Labros, on the other hand, had already met their teen years...and you know what happens during those years...
One day, Richard started to become a bad boy (at times...it would usually be the Labros who were bad). So then the Labros decided to teach him a lesson. It started off as friendly "wanna know a secret" conversation. They told Richard about a demon-monster called "Zula" (a cheap rendition of a ghost). This Zula was so terrifying that she/he/it would eat bad people just like her. They told Rich that Zula was a good friend to them. But Richard was very hesitant and very head strong to believe (such a wacky story). Then the next day had arrived. The Labros schemed to somehow prove to Rich that Zula existed. One of the Labros decided to work on the keyboard to try to play an eerie music background. The other kept on trying to convince to Richard that Zula really exists (through fake experiences with it).
The following day had approached and Rich came by the Labros house. Being qued, one Labro began to play the eerie sounding music. When Rich heard this, he totally freaked. Another Labro stepped outside and said, "Oh! Rich. Come check it out, Zula is in the house." When Rich heard this he (all of a sudden) became convinced, even without coming inside. Rich began to studder while saying, "...is she kind?" The Labro responded, "Well, she is bad, but because we know her, she is good." The music background continued to play even louder and Rich started to fear for his life (you should have seen his face). He began asking several questions about Zula and what she was doing inside. The Labro speaking with him answered several "I don't know" answers just to keep the anxiety up. After several minutes of feelings of insecurity, Rich went back home..... From then on, Rich had believed that Zula really existed. A few days have past and one of the Labros went to the store. While in the store, the Labro saw some colored smoke bombs. Being a mischeivous as possible, he bought a few and brought it back to his brothers. He told them about the most ultimate trick of freaking Richard out. Coming next day, the Labros went to Rich's apartment. They caught him while playing with his friends. Right when his friends left, the Labros stepped in. They told Rich that because he was there to see Zula at their house, Zula has come to see him...(oh, man you should have seen his face). Rich began pleading that he did not want to see her, but already the ritual began. While one Labro began saying jibberish, the other Labros were lighting the smoke bomb and immediately hid it behind them...When the smoke began spewing out from their back, the Labros would drop it to the ground and allow the smoke to appear from below them.....(holy cow!! you really should have seen his face). While Richard was frightened, the Labro that was talking to him did the same and soon all three had different smoke colors appearing from below them. (Funny part was when the smoke ball began rolling, the Labros had to keep the smoke below them until Rich ran away--so imagine seeing a smoking ball rolling while some guys walked with it while chanting nonsense...) This was the final prank the Labros did to poor Richard...poor kid...I wonder if he still believes in Zula....nah....he's probably 15 years old by now..but anyways, that's the story...it is just one of those, you've got to be there to experience it things!!! |
