Suddenly I have the urge to
express my feelings in Chinese poem. I am not Chinese-educated
but I have interests in Chinese
language as it is the native language of my root. I have translated
the poem in English for the
benefit of those who do not understand Chinese.

Uncertainty and Ambivalence Written on : 15 October 2000
Sitting at my working desk
with eyes staring at the computer monitor.
I wonder if my dream is in ......
US, UK or Canada
Me and my uncertainty were lost in the busy noon day.
Going through a long serial of happenings
Just like making dreams night after night
There are happiness and there are disappointment
But always awake before sweet ending
Laying on my single bed
with eyes staring at the ceiling
I wonder if my destination is ....
US, UK or Canada
Me and my ambivalence were hesitating in the darkness of midnight.
