PUNO
3 days / 2 nights
Day 1
(am) Arrival in Puno and transfer to the hotel.
(pm) Tour to the Chullpas of Sillustani, located on the shores of lake Umayo. The
"Chullpas" were funeral monuments for local dignataries and other important people.

Day 2
Early in the morning a two hour motor boat excursion on the waters of lake Titikaka
to the unique "floating islands" of the Uros. These ancient inhabitants of the lake
have built their own "islands" by periodically adding new layers of a type of reed,
unique to the area called "totora". Continuing from there to "Amantani island",
inhabited by quechua-speaking natives, where you will have their typical own food.
After a short visit to their land you will sleep at their houses (there are no
hotels in the island).

Day 3
After a good breakfast, you will go by boat to Taquile island, where you will have a walk
through the various hills and archaeological sites of 6 km. long island. Have a lunch and
then return to Puno at a certain hotel.
NOTE:
Exists the possibility of doing the Titikaka Lake in one Full Day.
