A Stork Brought Julian
Welcomed into the Avila home on July 26 was the stork who brought with him Julian Antonio Avila. Mommy and Daddy knew before they ever saw him that Julian was going to be a boy because the stork was carrying him in a blue kerchief. Julian got his first name from a random thought Mommy had, his middle name from his great-grandpa, and his last name from Daddy. He weighed 8lbs 1oz. His head measured 13" and his chest measured 13" and he was 20" long. The stork called Mommy on the morning of the 26th letting her know he was on his way and twelve hours later at 5:47pm Julian arrived. Ever since then Julian has been growing very fast, is healthy, happy and is learning a lot about his environment and is adapting well. Julian has many relatives who love him, including four grandparents, six aunts, two uncles, and no cousins or other siblings. Mommy and Daddy hope to someday hear again from the stork so that Julian can have a playmate.
