Nicholas Fanella, owner and operator of Professional Office Services earned his MBA degree at the University of Chicago in 1974 and graduated the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He has served as a mortgage banking instructor for the Illinois Bankers Association. Nicholas Fanella has served on the Illinois mortgage banker's secondary market committee and the national MBA's financial affiliates committee.

Fanella has been in the mortgage business since 1968 and has served as President/CEO of GL Mortgage Corp. Fanella has had the skills to build it's servicing portfolio to $475 million dollars.

Prior to his affiliation with GL, Fanella had been with Madison Financial Corp. for a period of 30 years. His experience also entails numerous executive capabilities including President-CEO of the company's mortgage-banking subsidiary (1983-1991). He also served on each of the company's 3 bank boards. Fanella was also a member of the senoir loan committee and strategic planning group. He ran all retail lending at the Bank level.

Fanella has since ben a lecturer for Major accounting as well as lectured at Illinois Associated CPAs.
