Prologue
A slender hand reached out, shaking slightly as it grabbed a hold of a pen. A pink pen.  His face wrinkled in disgust and he tossed it across the room. 'Damn pink pens,' he grumbled as he picked up a modest blue ink pen. 'That's it, Britney's not allowed on this bus anymore.' He scribbled a few words on the page, careful not to be *so* expressive of his feelings that he would scare his love away. He reread the letter and smiled. Perfect.

Reaching for an envelope, he cursed quietly, not wanting to wake up any of his four band mates, his secret crush included amongst them. He couldn't write a letter, because then his love would know it was him. He threw the letter in the shredder and cringed at the noise it made. Perking his ears up and hearing no sound, he pulled out the laptop he knew was always kept in the bottom cabinet and started typing.

'My dearest...'

He cringed and rolled his eyes. That was too damn corny, even for *him*! He deleted what was on the screen and started again.

'Dear lover...'

Too cocky.

'To Whom It May Concern...'

Too impersonal. He sighed and decided to just skip the introduction all
together.

'I've been wanting you forever, but I've never had the nerve to speak. I've watched you dance, I've watched you laugh, I've even watched you sleep. I love everything about you. Your laugh, your smile, the way your hair sticks to your forehead when you first wake up in the morning. I love you. And I don't want to hide it any longer.'

Justin smiled and printed out the letter. He folded it and slipped it into
Lance's laptop before closing it, too excited to not realize he hadn't closed it all the way. He knew Lance would find it tomorrow, and then they could finally be together.

As he put the laptop back into the cabinet, he failed to notice his love
letter fall out and into JC's open duffel bag. Justin grinned to himself as
he headed to his bunk. He was sure he and Lance would be together in no time.
