Standard Balance
A standard rola bola balance is where you stand on the board with one foot on each end of the board. You should be facing foward with your shoulders parallel to the board. The next step is to shift your weight so the board balances on top of the pipe. From here, you try to keep the board from moving, and especially from touching the ends to the ground.
That's all there really is to the standard balance. Holding onto a wall while you learn this may be helpful until you get the hang of it. It's actually a lot easier than it looks. Enjoy a video, or just look at the picture of this trick...
