Neck Catch
A neck catch could fit into the catagory of toss juggling as well as contact juggling. Since you throw the ball during the trick, I will consider it a form of toss juggling.
A neck catch is where you are juggling and then throw a ball into the air, and then catch the ball on the back of your neck, and then to finish it off, throw the ball off of the back of your neck without using any hands. The trick is actually kind of simple, although it looks like it could be hard. When learning, throw a ball up into the air above your head (the higher it goes, the more time you have, but... the ball will also have more bounce). Watch the ball, and then at the last possible second, bend over foward so the ball lands on the back of your neck. After the ball lands, continue leaning a bit lower to absorb the bounce so the ball stays put. Some things that I've noticed that make it easier to catch the ball is that once the ball lands, look foward. This will make the ball stay better. Also, put your shoulder back as far as they will confortabally go. This will make the ball roll to the back of your neck if it doesn't land there to begin with (it won't at first).
Then after the neck catch is complete, you could try the neck throw. Put your head down so the ball starts to roll on the back of it, and then start to go back to a standing position. The ball "should" roll up the back of your head and the up and over, to where you can go right into a cascade or whatever other trick you want. If you get really good at this, maybe you could try out a head roll, but I am not that good yet to tell you how to do it. Watch the video. It'll make the trick a lot easier to do since you can actually see someone doing it instead of reading about it. You can view it in your browser window, or save it to your hard drive. In some versions of AOL, watching the browser window does not work. You must save the files to your computer. One of the video files is of this trick from the front, and another one is from the side.
