2 in 1 Hand

Theres 2 different ways to juggle 2 balls in 1 hand. The first was is by:
Columns
Columns involves throwing the two balls straight up and down independent of each other. Start out by throwing one of the balls up. Move your hand over and throw the other ball up. Move your hand back to it's original postition and catch the first ball, and throw it back up instantly. Move back to the second position and catch and throw the second ball. Keep on repeating this, and you've got columns.
Circle
When juggling 2 balls in 1 hand by circles, it's similar to columns, but follows a slightly different pattern. If you go columns, you should get this with no problem too. Start out by throwing one of the balls up, and then throw the other one up right behind it. Catch the 1st ball and throw it back up. Catch the second ball and throw it back up. Keep on repeating the pattern after that. If you look at it, the balls should be making a circular pattern (which will probably be more oval shaped).
