Because
although we are dealing with an artist who stares straight at treality
and identifies with nature, we
are soon
forced to assert that,as a result of reflection, all of his work
must be put in a context that is clearly
of the mind. By looking closely at these works, we soon come to
realise that each one of them contains a
constructive pattern that dissects space into parts and distributes
it. The introduction of irregular geometry is
also built by the pictorical paste used and highlighted by colour...
Juan Terreros subjugates reality until he
pushes it into that space we have acknowledged is in the mind
